Publisher review:
Phantom FLV Player with Fullscreen offers a unique fullscreen feature, autohide controls, a "Play" screen that appears whenever the player is paused, and it supports FlashVars and JavaScript for video loading. This extremely flexible player builds on popular Streaming & Progressive FLV Player 4.x package, offering a unique fullscreen feature, autohide controls, a "Play" screen that appears whenever the player is paused, and it supports FlashVars and JavaScript for video loading. Click the "fullscreen" button and the current video will be displayed in fullscreen mode (you must install Flash Player 9,0,28,0 to use the fullscreen feature). Drag your mouse over the player and the controls appear, and they disappear after 5 seconds of mouse inactiviy. Features: - This package includes all customizable source files and web-ready examples for the Phantom player shown above, plus the entire Streaming/Progressive 4.1 package. - Customers who have already purchased the Streaming/Progressive 4.1 package should purchase the upgrade option - This package works with Windows, Linux, and Flash Media servers, which means it supports both Progressive and Streaming FLV playback. - The Phantom player supports FlashVars and JavaScript for loading single FLV files and XML playlists. The FlashVars are used to load a single video or XML playlists upon pageload, and the JavaScript can be used to load single videos or XML playlists in real-time without refreshing the page. - An example html web page is provided that shows how to use the FlashVars and JavaScript to load single FLV files and XML playlists. The example web page also includes java script that enables you to avoid the "Click to Activate" issue with Internet Explorer. - XML playlists are used to provide video location, order, streaming server information, and hyperlink for multiple FLV files: streaming and progressive. - Published players have small footprints (40 kb). - This player was built using AS 2.0 and is compatible with Flash MX 2004, 8, or CS3. - Comprehensive support and custom development services are available for this product
